Richard Hawkes (Hawkes Architecture) and Daniel Gender-Sherry (Axiom Planning), discuss the Hawkes Architecture project Shew Valley (formerly Mendip Hills). This Para 55 project had been submitted for planning (pre Braintree case) but ended up being dismissed at appeal, after the Braintree case changed the Para 84 policy in defining if a site is isolated.
