James has been integral to the growth and success of Hawkes Architecture since joining in 2011, and becoming Associate Architect in 2018. He has worked on more NPPF Paragraph 55/79/80/84 applications than he has had hot dinners!
James is a member of The Design Review Panel, using his experience and knowledge to review and advise on other projects across the country and share his unique experience to help improve the quality of design more generally in rural areas.
James is passionate about the challenge and joy in designing exciting bespoke homes for both individuals and the landscape.
