The property is designed to be as ecological as possible and will be built from thick rammed earth walls, to provide the building with natural strength and a high degree of thermal mass.
We will also incorporate large over sailing roofs, to provide solar shade during the summer months and minimise the need for air-conditioning. The inter-connected roofs have all been designed to drain from one to another, creating spectacular waterfalls during the rainy season.
The roof overhangs are performative, carefully designed to transform into cascading waterfalls when the red monsoons arrive, adding drama and beauty to the home
