Paragraph 139

Richard Hawkes (Hawkes Architecture) and Daniel Gender-Sherry (Axiom Planning), discuss NPPF Paragraph 139. (recorded when the new isolated house policy was still at Paragraph 80 and when paragraph 139 was located at paragraph 134) National Planning Policy Paragraph 139 is a provision in the NPPF that relates to the preservation and enhancement of heritage assets.
