Absolutely delighted to announce Hawkes Architecture’s 21st Paragraph 79 consent today. Tunbridge Wells Borough Council’s committee unanimously supported the officers recommendation to approve our exceptional scheme, in the High Weald AONB just outside Hawkhurst. This has been 5 years in the making and we’re delighted that it’s the first isolated Para 79 scheme that Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have recommended for approval.


Thanks too to Rob Hughes & Mike Young once again and thanks also to The Design Review Panel, Hawkhurst Parish Council, officers & consultees at TWBC. Onwards & upwards!
