Jacob Salt

Jacob joined Hawkes Architecture in 2026 as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant. His interest in architecture began at school and led him to study at the University of Kent, where he developed a strong foundation in design and the built environment.

He has a particular interest in detailed design and problem-solving, and enjoys the process of developing architectural ideas into practical, well-considered solutions. He is especially interested in the technical aspects of architecture and how thoughtful design can be translated into successful buildings.

Outside of architecture, Jacob enjoys fitness and golf, and loves travelling and photographing the places he visits. Having grown up around a variety of cars, he also has a longstanding interest in automotive design.
