A Quiet Home Among the Trees
The Woodland Retreat is a developing proposal for a secluded home nestled within a forest setting. The design uses shifting timber textures and subtle modulation in the façade to create a form that blends gently with the woodland character. With elements that push and pull across the elevation, the building’s visibility shifts depending on your position, echoing the layered quality of the trees around it. Though still in progress, the project sets out to tread lightly—prioritising natural materials, filtered views, and a sense of calm rooted in its setting.
