Progress At Lake House (Para 79)

Lovely to see progress photos from Jason King, the bricklayer building buttresses at our Lake House (paragraph 79) project. These internal columns frame the entrance to the lounge and give a sense of engineering substance and a link to the Victorian railway heritage which is so much part of the site’s history. This sets up a stunning contrast in experience with the lightness of spaces above. Externally the buttresses also assist in directing views south, along the long axis of the lakes It’s all coming together nicely.
