Spinneys  Para 55

Located in open countryside, outside Stratford upon Avon, this Para 55 scheme was unique in that the consent included a replacement dwelling and a second dwelling which required Paragraph 55 (4) for consent.

The proposals therefore had to create a suitable and harmonious setting for each dwelling while only one of the dwellings was required to meet the exacting standards of this exceptional policy.
