Spinneys  Para 55

Located in Stratford-on-Avon, this proposal was for the replacement of an existing dwelling, which included the addition of a second property on the same site. It was therefore necessary that the second dwelling was designed as a Para 55 'exceptional home'.

With both buildings being located near each other on the same piece of land, there needed to be an elegant architectural relationship between the two structures. Only one of the buildings needed to meet the stringent Para 55 test.
