Designed to incorporate a suite of housing styles and property types, the apartments around Milestone Lake respond to the changing lake conditions and the leisure centre marks the entrance to the development. Here we have proposed that a renewable energy hub be built to sustainably support the whole sites energy need.
The project is underpinned by sustainable environmental design principles, as well as being designed to embrace the principles of Feng Shui.
