Allerdale  Eco House

Asked to remodel an out-dated property that lacked character and kerb appeal. We opted to build a large rear extension and used expansive structural glazing to bring light into what was a dark oppressive building.

To give the building an added wow factor, we removed large vertical sections of clay tiling and re-dressed the building with a mixture of Monocouche render and Rheinzink.

To finish the project we added an extensive eco-deck, that intern creates natural outdoor seating areas and connects the updated property to its fabulous garden.
